Petland of Largo Florida Sold Sick Dog and Does Not Honor Warranty Largo Florida

I lost my beautiful miniature goldendoodlel on 1/12/19 from renal dysplasia, a hereditary condition.

I am beyond heart broken, she had just turned 3 on 12/27/2018.

I bought her from Petland and her breeder is Mark Steffensmeier from Iowa. Both Petland and the breeder have been cited for puppy mill practices/purchasing sick puppies. I paid extra for the extended warranty and the vet bills kwere over 1500.00 and i was reimbursed $32.00. 

I am currently trying to get the purchase price towards another dog which was 2899.00, not including the price of the warranty or extras.  I have not been reimbursed.

Luna had started experiencing problems in April 2017 with abnormal lab values, chronic vomiting and toward the end she was in end stage renal disease, bleeding ulcers on her tonge, she stopped eating and drinking, so fluids had to be administered via IV.  She suffered while we found out was wrong and if it were treatable, it was confirmed on ultrasound that her kidneys didn't form properly in utero causing the renal failure.
