Wife bought me a phone at BOOST MOBILE (Petra Connect LLC) on McNab in North Lauderdale, Fl. I really didn't use it for weeks. I played solitaire a few times. But when I needed it. It would take 5-10 minutes to open the phone page. Same with messaging. Map started freezing up. I had problems with so much I just can't write it all.
I am sick with 2 diseases and disabled from a car accident. Six back surgeries has made it very difficult to walk. So I need a working phone. When I called the "NASTY GIRL" at the store I was told I could come in and BUY a NEW PHONE!!! They only give 14 day returns. They sell a BAD phone. Then rip you off. I found that the owners of the company are felons and probably should be shut down!
How does a sick man who can't walk get help. I want them out of business!
