I found 2 teacup yorkies online 4 sale from an Ohio based man .I thought about it for a few days because the puppies were very inexpensive so I questioned the gentleman Mr. Bulls about them .he said his wife had passed away and he did not have the time for them. So he just wanted them to go to a good loving home. I said ok I will take the puppies. He said I need your name, address, phone and I will go register the puppies. Then the delivery agency will be in contact with you.

They called and said the puppies would be delivered on friday @ 2:45 pm well no puppies came. The agency called and said I had to pay $1,500.00 for a insurance certificate. I proceeded to tell them I do not have that type of money so they said the owner Stacy Bulls will pay $850.00 if I pay $650.00 but it will be refunded to me at the arrival of the puppies.

Well saturday 1:30 no puppies they asked me to pay $500.00 for vaccination I said I don't have that kind of money so they said the owner will come up with $300.00 and I would pay the $200.00. So i wired the money once again. The puppies were supposed to be delivered Sunday @ 9:30pm. Well still no puppies and the company asked me for $5,000.00 now I sad no way and I contacted the police and filed a report and Im contacting a lawyer. I got emails from this so called Stacy person saying they didn't reallly want the $5,000.00 it was just a trap and tease to see what kind of person I was.
