I ssuccumbed to a new paper ad, anf when I called I was told I could take the free offer, butb would be billed $9.48 for ship and handling!
Then mwa s given tie option to see other offers with a 30 day trial for $1,95. Not once did I hear that I would get more product than the free offer qty. which would be billed at $9.43. Next thing I get abill for $48.73 , a number of offers I DID NOT ASK FOR, for a 30 day trial for $1.95.
The product arrived in the "free mode" did not work as advertised.
Whjen I called the 800-770-8158 number for Customer Service, I was caller 13. When I finally spoke to a human, She indicated she could not hear me and hung up. When I tried the website provided in the lit., no way to cantact them. A true rip off if I ever saw one!
