KEZ Inc. rip-off! Major false advertising practices. Las Vegas Nevada

I was inquiring with pharmaceutical companies as to purchasing prescription medications online. KEZ, Inc.'s website clearly indicates that what you would be purchasing are the medications being offered and that method of payment could be through the mail, fax, or using a credit card. I opted to write a check made out to KEZ, Inc. and fax it to them to expedite it. My check was posted (meaning cashed) on March 22, 2004 and this past Saturday I went to my local post office because a notice of a "Large envelope" sent to me by certified mail was ready for pick-up.

What I received was a packet of information which listed all these pharmacies I could contact, which is NOT what I had paid for. This company clearly has a scam going that says they are going to take care of the medication and mail it (& that I would have to sign for it) and that "ordering was easy". A list of pharmacies is not what I thought I was paying for nor does the web page even suggest this is what you are buying.

I am disputing this transaction with my bank institution to see if I can get my money back. I don't even have a way to contact them on their webpage, just a fax number and a phone number that remains busy during the hours it says it is open.

I felt I needed to report this business because it is blatant false advertising.
