I ordered a trial sample, without being told if I don't cancel before the sample comes, they have your credit card and keep sending you crap every month. I travel on the road, so when I got home I had 3 shipments waiting. I called and all they would do is let me send the last shipment back. I have not received credit for this even when I had to pay for shipping. They are in cohoots with a porn video company called V V Direct or Directvivid which sends you videos every month without any way of contacting them to stop.
