Ok since julissa u seem to answer people answer the emails my client has been sending you all. Yall have used numerous pictures of her without consent, their has been no release form sign. No nothing i need the photo off the sites milfhoneys.com asap..since you just uploaded them on sep 15.2014 pics that are 3 years old...so julissa the photo of my clien . Is nicole4,3,2,1 should be deleted and destroy u have no authority to used those pics. The terms for your photoshoot Darnette, was to be on one of our websites (for EXPOSURE), and also a TFCD shoot (Free portfolio). Do you know what TFCD stands for ? Well, let me help you out since you are claiming to be NAVE all of a sudden.

TFCD means; The photographers TIME, in exchange for your pictures on a CD. It basically means that rather than pay the photographer for your images (portfolios can sometimes run into the thousands of dollars) the model pays NOTHING for the photoshoot, and recieves her pictures without paying a DIME.
The model is PAYING the photographer with the rights to use her images from the photoshoot as per the terms of the release form. Darnette, you gave PHAZE II this rights in writing.

If a model goes to a photographer and says "Hey, I DO NOT want a TFCD, I want to pay for my portfolio", then the model and photographer can work out a price, and then do a photoshoot. The model then keeps all her images because she PAID for them. The photographer may not use them. It is that simple.

You shot for about 4.5 hours and if you recall, "Samson" did NOT even shoot you. One of the photographers from the PHAZE II network shot you. So let's keep that in mind.

You had very deep scars, marks, and spots all around your belly, butt, and thighs, so the editing team spent over 30 total hours (and probably more) editing and airbrushing all your images. One of the other websites that you are featured on (SOB) could not afford to do this for your images, and I do not fault them at all for their action. Airbrushing can sometimes be very tedious, especially for models like you with such imperfections.

You requested lunch during your photoshoot ; Yep, I'll refresh your memory. It was a 3 piece chicken combo with biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy, from LEE'S CHICKEN

In order to give you exposure ( which you came to us asking for), your photos have to be seen on a website, which costs money to build, maintain and host.

So let's summarize what PHAZE II put into your shoot; the photographer's time, the camera assistant's time, the editors time, the lunch, the website, and let us not forget the postal expenses to mail your CD to you.
