ordered a watch phone Asked sales rep will the watch phone work in Germany they assured me it would Recieved the watch the phone did not work made calls and e-mailed Phenom as to the problem I was having after the calls and e-mails they asked what sim card was I using in the phone I replyed a 3g card they then told me that is why it did not work When trying to set up the phone the battrie waas very hard to place in the back of the watch it snaped in very hard When trying to remove the battrie caseing cracked the functions on the phone still worked even with the crack in the battrie I then followed the instructions on how to reset to factory settings
after doing that nothing worked on the phone It was now useless they told me to return the watch.
Now before trying to reset the watch it would promp all settings but it would not make calls or recieve calls When I calle to to check what they found on the watch they told me it had damage to the internal surface of the watch the now want to charge me $120.00 to repair it But they also said that they will not return that model that they would send me a different model that should work with i guess the 3g sim card The phone that they offered sells for $70.00 less the offered no
correction to the sell prices nor would they consider any kind of a complet refund.
now for me to get any merchandise I would have to pay for the first watch repair of $120.00 and to be safe on the replacement watch if it works I woul in my best interest have to buy the extended warrinty for $85.00 other wise if anything gos wrong I would be out even more money
now there instruction book said nothing as to sim cards nore did it have anything as to battrie placement It sounds simple to place a battrie in something but even a childs toy has a placement picture or something as to proper placement bottom line if they would have asked about the simcard in the first place I would never had to place and remove the battrie as many times as I did
My cell phone now once the battrie is in it I have never taken it out only to take the sim card out to put it in the watch phone I feel the problem started with the lack of information the provided
in the sale of this product I may have cracked the battrie caseing but it had no effect on the general functions of the phone All function were lost afte following the factory reset in there instruction book
