Phillip C Rogers, a lawyer out of Michigan, is a total shakedown lawyer. He will intimidate you, and file frivolous lawsuits against you. He will make outrageous claims, and appear to know everything about you, when he is actually only speculating. If you login to Pacer, you will see how many suits he's filed.
