I met Phillip Crane at the Rainbow about 3 months ago. Very cute and polite but I later found out
not only did he have a boyfriend he did't tell me about but he gave me a nasty disease to boot.
I am really hurt, if you see this cheater stay away and don't touch this person. I saw him and his ugly
boyfriend the other day outside there loft and he didn't even say hi. Screw him

I find this "review" or "report" quite humorous. Everyone knows that Marc Labate with Allied Construction / Copperhead Construction in Austin TX is filing all sorts of reports against people who successfully sued him in court and assisted in his criminal prosecution. Look up everyone in this report the individuals and the companies - all were involved in successfully getting a conviction against Marc Labate and putting him into bankruptcy. He even filed a complaint about my company when I refused to pay anymore money until he could prove he paid his subs. Dirtball.
Most humorous about this -- is Rainbow hasn't existed as a 'club' in YEARS ...
At least Marc Labate can admit to thinking the guy who sued him is "cute". That might do him some good when he ends up in prison being someone's "roomie"
Keep the false claims coming, Marc ... everyone knows what you're doing.
(for those who aren't familiar - google Marc Labate Austin - and Allied Construction - Copperhead Construction .. worst scam artist in the world!)

It is my opinion that this is retaliation for a lawsuit filed and won against Marc Labate. Mr. Labate is a recently convicted felon currently operating a company called Copperhead Construction.
