Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Phil Decasper is trouble. He owes us $1200 for home improvements. We prepaid him to paint our home and not only did he take the money and run, he did alot of damage to the exterior of our home costing us more money and time. He has a very bad lying problem....do not believe a word out of his mouth. He cannot be trusted and will be arrested.

He should be in there for life,, If you have any contact or dealings with this monster you will be sorry..

i have4 first hand knowlage of sead ripp off and was the customer that tried to ripp off phil thays why no charges could be filed and is the only whiner that has bad thgis to say as for any other charges brought he is receiveing a goveners padon this mouth and expect a full retraction of the prosicutors web trashing (:/ and expeting a full apology for his percicution of an inocent man.
