Phillip K Evans Attourney Rapid BK, BkNow Rapid Bk or BK Now Lake Elsinore, California

To everyone who was ripped off by Phillip K Evans (Rapid BK) or (BK Now) please file an Attorney Complaint with www.calbar.ca.gov   This man took money from his clients in exchange for representing them as their BK attorney.  In many cases he disappeared before he could represent them in court and they lost their money.  In other cases he represented them in court and disappeared only to leave his clients alone without their his services as a attorney and these people are having to make their payments to him through the Chapter 13 BK court even though he has disappeared.  The BK court says there is nothing they can do.  This is unfair and a rip off.  If enough people file a complaint he will be investigated and the BK court will hopefully consider releasing all of us from paying these huge payments monthly for the 60 month payments of these bankruptcies.  The State Bar gave me his current phone number its 951-244-1476.  I called it and it does have his name on the recording.  Please help stop this man from putting anyone else in this position.
