This is sad comming from a company making Billions of dollars. I completed a survey for Marlboro's cigarettes. My gift for completing the survey was a cigarette lighter and coupons. As of yet, I havent received my lighter, and the coupons are unusable. I went to use a dollar off a pack coupon, and the store manager said Phillip Morris was not honoring the coupons. What is up with that. Just like the marlboro miles. Talk about a dead beat company. Thanks alot for NOTHING.
