Phillips & Burns LLC Contacted me by letter indicating that I owed money. Don't. Never heard of this company. Sent a rebuttal letter. Learned that they apparently used a skip trace service and contacted my parents. Buffalo New York

About a week ago, I received a letter from aforementioned company. Never heard of the company that agency is trying to collect for. In further research, it appears to be a payday loan company. Never have applied for such a thing. Yet, I have been receiving emails from payday companies requesting more information.

I am a confirmed fraud victim (1996), and was recently victimized again when my bank account information was stolen and my account wiped out. I have also filed reports with the FTC including an identity theft report.

Also, this company appears to have used a skip trace service and contacted my parents inquiring as to my whereabouts.
