Phillips Chevrolet Frankfort ill. Dealership Manager 2010 Camaro SS with only 6400 miles and it breaks a valve spring at 9100 miles and it's a known gm defect.theres plenty of documentation about these gm yellow valve springs breaking and they are at fault and I put only 2700 miles on this car and it sat through the warranty during the winter and the 2700 miles are highway miles.car had never been abused.it is a gm defect and they won't replace the motor with a new motor they offered to replace it with a used motor up to 50000 miles for 10000$ 7000$ as a favor!!! A used motor in a car with 9100 miles.!!?? They refuse to get a new motor and the spring caused internal damage blowing the motor.its 100% gm defect and the dealer is a Chevy dealer and can't fix this.we owe 22000$ and have a blown motor.i bought the car with 6400 miles so I was buying a nice reliable new camaro.its broke at 2700 miles and 5 days past warranty.
