my husband received a check for 4,979.78,claiming it was part of a winning lotto he and 10 other people won,all he had to do was cash check as instructed by FRANK WILLIAMS and call him back to get the paper work sent to him for tax purposes and forward a money gram in the amount of 2,996.00
