Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions; Gabe & Alex Liars & Ripoffs Phoenix Arizona

I Purchased a rebuilt transmission thru Ebay! Alex made all the arrangements to get my old transmission removed & the rebuilt tranny installed! I drove my 1992 Chevy 4x4 from Las Cruces, N.M. to Phoenix,Az. with no problems! I was promised by Alex, that my truck would be ready on July 21,2008! Upon arriving to Phoenix on July 21,2008, I called Alex for directions to the tranny shop, on which my truck would be worked on! I was connected to Gabe, and was told by Gabe he can assist me on directions to the shop! This very same day I dropped off my truck! I went back to the tranny shop to pick up my truck, and was told by the mechanic, that the transmission is not shifty properly and there was nothing he can do, because he could not reach Gabe nor Alex and he could do anything to the transmission until approval! The shop did not want to take responsibility without the companies approval! Well the next day I finally received my truck and headed back to my home town Las Cruces, the transmission failed in Safford Az. I had to tow my truck back to Las Cruces N.M. After speaking to Gabe on July 23, 2008 about the tranny breaking down, he told me, to take it to a shop and they would take care of all the expenses to get the truck going! Well 2 1/2 months later I finally recieve the transmission to my location! And to this date October 14, 2008, they have not paid for the repairs to my truck! I still don't have my truck! The shop won't release my truck until they are paid in full! Phoenix Remanufactured Transmission has not answered they're phone in 2 weeks, and they have no answering service!
