Phoenix Synergies, Donald Smith, Legacy Investments, David Rice aka Phoenix Rising Blogspot, Diane Sanders Fraud/Illegal Crowd Funding Ocala Florida

From my personal research, I have come to the conclusion that this was an illegal crowd-funding operation. Phoenix Rising Radio, aka David Rice, gave an internet platform for Donald Smith and Diane Sanders to solicit and ultimately to secure money for stock shares in a high-tech, start-up business. There was not the slightest due diligence or care exhibited by David Rice, knowing that his listeners are NOT sophisticated investors. Now he says he never invested in the company, which I find odd, because he fawned all over Donald Smith and Diane Sanders, as if they were best buddies and could do no wrong. It's all on the record. I intend to vigorously pursue any and all legal recourse open to us, as I have now come to the conclusion that we were intentionally defrauded (I feel there is evidence to prove intent, which I am not able to disclose at this time). We investors who trusted David Rice and believed deeply in this technology not only to bring wonderful results for the whole planet, but also to bring monetary results to us over the "long-haul" must come together now, in force, to recoup our losses.

The ONLY way we can do it is together. I will be speaking with The Victims' Advocate, Denise Daniels, hopefully tomorrow. I have also left a message for Craig Castillion, who is the Florida Federal Treasury contact for this case. I have to wonder if Don and Diane used other internet sites to solicit money - if you are a victim from Phoenix Rising radio show or any other internet site, I hope you will contact me through this Rip Off Report site. I am in frequent contact with Malinda Dew/The Wyngate Group, who wishes to also be involved in legal recourse. We all need to know just what our rights are in terms of the ownership of the patents. I would not put it past these scam artists to try to sell the patents, and leave all the investors out in the cold. As of now, I am told that the Treasury has seized all of the assets, but I have now inquired re the specifics. I will.

I have just spoken to the owner of this website, Rip Off Report, and he suggested I leave my email address and check tomorrow to see if it is still in my report. He was very helpful and said if I needed further assistance from him to contact him tomorrow. I will, and I will leave no stone unturned to right this wrong for myself and others. The US Treasury and the DOJ must know the extent of this fraud. Our rights must be taken into consideration, but there is a chance they will not be, if we don't speak up now! They have already moved the court date twice, and have also moved it from Ocala, FL to Orlando, FL. They appear to be stalling for time and are probably looking at a plea deal. Time is of the essence!!
