Phoenix Woodworking Took money but did not send all merchandise Cascade Idaho

Phoenix Woodworking from Cascade ID cannot be trusted to deliver on time. They also want 50% of money up front and the additional 50% before they ship out the product. I sent full payment but did not receive full shipment as written on the invoice. I e-mailed them several times and multiple phone calls requesting when I would receive the mirror but  was not able to obtain contact with them until AMX withheld the money,approximately six weeks after they received the money. AMX’s inquiry was not answered within six weeks. They didn’t responded to AMX either until much later(I have not seen what the company responded with yet). After admitting the mistake was on their part they threaten legal action against me for contacting American Express and holding up the final payment unless I release the money prior to sending out the mirror, just like before.They appear to use stall tactics and threats and in my case what was supposed to be delivered in two weeks has now extended into five months and I still don't have the complete bedroom set. 1st. excuse they were in litigation and Brian was delayed,2nd excuse Heather (the sales lady) is on maternity leave, 3rd excuse Brian forgot to build mirror properly to attach to dresser 4th excuse the sales lady didn't know the mirror was ready to ship out for 6 weeks,(I don't believe this one) etc. In addition I had to repair three piece of the furniture. Be prepared to wait a long time and possibly make some repairs. 

Even when apologizing they attack and insist on all their demands.

I would give this company zero stars if possible.
