Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I placed an order an with the company back in June, and here it is over two months later and I still do not have an order. I noticed that back in July, the company took out a total of $126.35 out of my account. Because I have no way of communicating back to the supplier, as of today, I had to place a dispute in with paypal who is the company I paid through to get this order. If the company can not supply the goods, they do not need to be taking out people's money and walking away with it.

I finally received an email address of this company, it was given to me from Paypal. After emailing the company demanding for a refund, the first response i got back was that the company couldn't refund me because i had put in a dispute to paypal. So after i threatened to go viral with postings against their company such as this page, facebook, twitter, etc... the company has promised to refund me the whole entire total. This page is the only posting i have made since i am now advised the company is refunding me.
