Let me help you for a minute. I have not owned a P.O. Box address in two years. I am realy sorry for how all of this went down but I never recieved any money. There is no proof this transaction ever occurred and I am sorry you feel cheated and betrayed. I moved into my apartment (no P.O. Box) in July 2013 and before that, I was living in another apartment (also no P.O. Box). I never sent you my address. I am sorry for your experience and I would love to refund you the money, however, I don't have any record of our conversations. I would like to call you and/or email you but the email I have won't let me send replies and I don't have a phone number. Please allow me to correct this issue and call or email me. First of all, it DID happen. Back in July 2013, and I asked for you to come to my party to take d**n pictures and you NEVER came. I paid for them, via a P.O Box address you told me to send them (I know it wasn't your address, no idiot like you NOT even YOU would post something like that) and you NEVER came and the event came by. Such as idiot like you who would run a semi-pro photography service like you would do such a thing, and be in DENIAL about it. You know so many b**ches like you always resort to DENIAL when caught, just like the Nazis after the Holocaust. If you wanna meet up and see us my name is Jenna Owens and my friend Kellie work in Irving, TX. Drive up here and talk to us, maybe we can work this out in a normal adult manner. 

I have been a customer of Photography by Phoenix, and I thought she did a spectacular job on my portraits. She takes her time does not rush the shoot, even if it means going over the set time. If you have a low budget she will work with you to make sure you get the pictures you want. The owner is more than just a great photographer she is also a humanitarian. The first time I used her services it was for a benefit she did completely for free. Since then she has gone on to more benefits and community events for non-profit organizations completely free. Photography by Phoenix is wonderful and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a photographer.       

I am a more than happy customer of Phoenix Photography and I have NEVER had any complaints! The owner has done my Maternity and engagment photos and I have a baby shoot coming up with her! She is very caring and creative and has not once ever blown me off or taken money from me. The owner is nt the type of person to scam someone and she most certainly is not a B**ch; she is a very caring and patience photographer. She never overcharges for anything, even if we do go over the alloted time for the photography and I always get amazing results from the shoots! I have been a customer for about a year now and also know the owner for about 4 years now. She has terrific prices and amazing turn outs for all photos and always keeps in contact with any person who is interested in her business. I have even referred many people to her and mentioned her as much as I can and whenever I can! As I have read from the negative report, it seems to me that the person who wrote it, seems to have a personal vendetta against this talented young woman, and you can tell by the way she writes her report and is so personal about everything! MY POINT BEING, PHOENIX PHOTOGRAPHY IS AMAZING AND NEVER RIPS YOU OFF; IT IS A GREAT COMPANY AND ALWAYS PROVIDES AMAZING PHOTOS FOR A GREAT PRICE!

To be fair, I never got a date, time, or location for the event. Money was NEVER recieved in the mail because I NEVER give out my personal address to my clients and, furthermore, a consultation was never arranged. Therefore, it is apparent that this transaction NEVER happened. My clients come first in my business. I enjoy photography more than any meer hobbyist. I am sorry if you believed that a transaction occurred but unless you got a bogus address from someone other than me, you were scammed by someone else NOT ME. I am a photographer because I believe that life is short and capturing moments and freezing them in time is what holds precious moments in your memory. I would NEVER scam anyone and this LIBELOUS accusation is NOT appreciated. If you had a problem, you should have come to me. Not only that, but photographers NEVER recieve payments in the mail, a reciept is ALWAYS pertinent in any service rendered, as well as an inventory sheet, proper paperwork between the photographer and the client and COMMUNICATION is KEY in any professional service. I have been doing this semi-professional photography service for several years now and my morals and values have not changed. They will never change because quality, reliability, loyalty, honesty, professionalism and guaranteed beautiful portraits are what my business relies on. Now, let me make something else perfectly clear, next time you TEXT a photographer and he/she calls you...pick up the phone in order to set up information that he/she NEEDS in order to actually do a service. Again, I am incredibly sorry for what you went through but I NEVER received any money or information about the event I was supposed to be doing. If you want to contact me and talk about this issue instead of cowarding behind the Internet, call me and talk to me like an adult!! 

P.S. Calling names, acting out in "revenge" for a bad experience that NEVER happened is childish and not in any way the attitude that a grown woman in COLLEGE should be doing. You should probably gain some real world experience and TALK to people to thier face rather than hide behind technology.
