I am writing to report unethical business practice and ofenseive language from directors. I have worked for this company for almost 2 years. My son  was murdered and I was off the first week after and I was told I need to come back and I did. When I came I was still in major pain and often had spurts of crying. I asked for time off because I was just not ready to come back after my son was murdered, I went to my physician who put on zoloft and zanaz to help me get through that rough patch. I came back after that week and worked but then I started having health issues in which I have all my documentation. I had 2 surgries sense the loss of my son and PTP per Riz Pasha decided that even though I was salary that he would doc my pay. I was okay with that even though I was made to work overtime on weekends and they still docked my pay.

One paticular weekend I had my parents coming in to town for a planned visit to see me because I had just found out I cancer. Riz told me that I need to make other arrangements for my parents that drove in from chicago and come to work. I told him  after all I had been through I needed to spend time with my family exspecially when I am supposed to be off every weekend. By this time we all knew that I had cancer but  I came in that Saturday under duress. I came in tears and requested to speak wit Both Partners which is  Brian Zimmerman and Riz Pasha, I explained my condition and he told me to go and I should have told them but my Personal issues at PTP is never personal and everyone always know.After 1 emergency room visit and three hospitalazitions, Riz came to me and told me that he would be taken 50 percent of my commission in August because I was out for 2 weeks with Gallbladder surgery but the bad part is that we commission 60 days after the client is billed.

Which means they commission for August was for July in which I was not out. I went to my physician and because of everything going on with me that I needed some time off because I had lost 45 pds in 2 mths and my hemoglobin went fron 9,4 to 7,0 and blood pressure 70/30 so I spent 5 days in the hospital to get me stronger, Riz Pasha called me in and told me that they would be taken a 100 percent of my previous commission and diburse it Paula and Ann Mccrate, So for a commission I worked for the month before September,  To some this up I am salary. That means that I get the same amount of pay wether I work 100 hrs and I have done so, or if I work 30 hrs. So what Riz Pasha does is he docs me if I missed Monday but then I am told that I am manditorally to work saturday and sunday I still lose pay on that Monday, which means I am putting the same amount of hours but still being penolized for Momday. I have worked for several angencies, several who are trying to bring back at any cost because of my knowledge in my field Everyone has complained about this company inside and out. Ther is also a boycott email out to not work for this company.
