I joined physicians weight loss in 2008 and had continuted to go. They moved to 6497 Pearl Rd Parma Hts Ohio phone number 440-842-9900. Was told I could freeze my program because I had a quad bi pass and after that I had surgery on my neck. After feeling better I did go up and get a b12 shot and today I go and they could only find my file from 2008 and the woman in charge would not come out to talk to me she was eating her lunch. So I am out that money that I spent for 10 B-12 shots. I was thinking of rejoining but forget it now. The woman working told her I had surgery and the woman at the time I was dealing with retired. More or less I was told its not there problem and I lost all of those shots and money. Never again will deal with this company. Bad customer service. Hiding in the back and cannot come out. Coward
