Picerne Military Housing Not worth the headache! Internet

These guys are the worst!  As a military family, we make many sacrifices for our country, and what does the Army do?  Privitized housing.  Thanks.

We are constantly putting in work orders.  Last year, the night my husband left for NTC, the upstairs bathroom flooded.  The water ran through the walls, into light fixtures, floors and ceilings and the smoke detectors.  Maintance came out and did nothing.  Closed the work order all together.  My floor stayed wet for weeks.  I finally pestured them enough to come back out for it, and they put us in hospitality for a few days while they ran fans on the floors.  We returned home and it smelled so bad; the carpet was coming apart and the walls literally moved.  It took my husbands unit getting involved (and the threat of the commander calling) for them to do anything!  My husband was done with NTC before the repairs were. (30+ days?!)

Then, the new carpet starts coming up at the seams.  We get the supervisor out to take a look at it.  He said it was pet damage (it was coming up at all the seams to include on the tack strip) said he'd try to help us out and never returned.  (Minor detail, but as he went to leave he let my dog out of the gate, not bothering to tell me or even attept to get him back in safely)

Now we are having even more trouble.  They are remodeling the houses that we are in and tearing down the apartments next to us.  Everyone but us have move out dates for a new house.  Why not us?  Because we're PCSing a month after they start the work.  They told us to take 30 days leave before our report date!  They can't do that!  Since my son was diagnosed with Autism, our orders were canceled, and when we told them, they said they'd have to 'investigate' our claim.  Are you serious?  This is what we get in return for our money?  A true WTF moment.
