Pickaway Correctional Institution P.C.I. Contaminated water supply and no heat during winter months Pickaway County Ohio

 I was incarcerated in PCI for a long period of time, while I was there as an inmate I had to drink and shower with their water supply. Because I use their water supply my entire body is covered with sores and scabs. There are signs in their visitation room warning staff and visitors not to drink the water. For years I've visited the doctors there at PCI and also since I've been release, so all my concerns about my skin issues are documented. PCI also doesn't supply some of their holding units with heat for the winter. There are units as I write you that has no heat. The men stay and sleep with there cloths on with many blankets trying to stay warm. PCI has units with poor plumbing that would back up with sewage over 3 feet high. The men belongings would be floating on faeces. I when they report this to family members they are retaliated against and thrown in "the hole".
