He scammed our company out of $7000 and skipped town to Seattle to scam even more people. He is in prison right now. He filed two Ripoff Reports on us, both are false. He has no information to back up his claims. I tried to get these false reports deleted but RipoffReport.com does not delete any reports. I am an employee with Pike's Peak Performance and I have been here for 3 years, we have never had a customer complain about us ripping them off. We are very reasonable on our prices, we do the job correctly, and we are responsible. We do anything in our power to make our customers happy.

"Chris", or Chris Kelley, is the owner of Midstate Custom Exteriors. He owes us about $7000 for work we did for him as a sub to one of his customer's homes during his renovation. Unfortunately for his customer, Chris also chose to run off with his customer's deposit, along with about 20 of his other customers' deposits, and never finished the job(s) he was hired to do.
We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against him and the District Attorney's office got involved after 13 complaints were filed within 3 months. I guess this is how he was getting his revenge, by leaving bad reviews everywhere he can. But in the time since the reviews were written, he's been in jail, was bailed out by his wife, and is currently a fugitive, from what I understand.

I don't know what problem Chris had with this company. His report is very vague, at best, and lacks any real info.
I have used PPP several times at 2 different locations. They have always found the problem and repaired it the best and least expensive way.
PPP is owned and operated by local folks who believe that the customer deserves only the best job available and will make sure that the customer is happy before leaving a finished job.
I gladly and whole heartedly recommend PPP to anyone who needs Air Conditioning / heat installation or repairs.
Their work is excellent and reasonable.
