I order the $9.95 CD.  After reviewing it, I called to cancel "subscription" because it was ineffective.  I called within the 30-day trial period.  I was given the run around.  I was told that a set of CDs were on route and to wait until it arrives.  I got the set and I called right away.  I was told they will send me a shipping label.  I never got it.  I called several times and left messages.  When I got through, I asked to speak with supervisor.  I was told supervisor was busy and they put me on a call back list.  I have not heard back from supervisor.  Now, they are charging me $256.00.  I called again and they will not take the set of CDs they sent me, which I did not want in the first place, because they are saying that the 30-day trial period has passed.  I called several more times, left messages; my name continues to be listed on the supervisor's call back list.  All I want is to cancel the "subscription," return the set of CDs I did not want in the 1st place and stop the billing.  At my last conversation with their rep, they offered me to settle at $177.00.  Why should I pay for something I called in to cancel and did not want in the first place?!
