Pinkerton FX John Pinkerton Orders 3 kits about 7 months ago, never received the kits or a refund! Many others too! Canton Ohio

I would like you to know that JOHN PINKERTON has ripped
me and many others off of our hard earned cash.

He has a website up and running. He will take your
orders and never send nothing out!
I have ordered off his website in August of 2008 and yet to
receive anything from him!
He claims he will send you a refund and you get
nothing! (when he decides he wants to answer your e-mails)

I did report him to the Canton OHIO Better Business
Bureau, which he has many complaints and they have
him listed as UNSATISFACTORY.

I did report him to the INTERNET FRAUD complaint dept.
I will be reporting him to the attorney general too!
The Clubhouse forum dealer page has him listed with a BIG RED skull, NOT WELCOME
This guy is a total crook!

This is just a few.

I bought and paid for 3 kits from John Pinkerton.
I purchased the kits on August 13th, 2008.
I paid him through PayPal. $125
Here it is 7 months later and no kits!
I put in a claim to Paypal, in which John assured me that I would have my kits in a week!
But, to no avail, I still have no kits!
He rarely answers his e-mails.
I believe I received 2 e-mails from him!
I have e-mailed him several times.

As for Paypal, I cannot file a claim with them as my 45 days is up!
I did file a claim with them, but the 45 days time limit ran out!
That was when I finally did get a e-mail from him!

Hi Greg... I have tried to respond to you and I thought you were getting my emails... My apologies if you have not and I guess by the posts you placed on the Clubhouse I'm guessing no. You ordered some one of a kind items and I'm trying to get them to you ASAP... I guess you just don't care about quality on these... Anyway I will have your pieces out to you ASAP! I am sorry it has taken this long. I'm not trying to take advantage of you here is my cell number if you need to get ahold of me in the future...
