Employees are coached to LIE about everything under the sun. They lie about class schedules, being on the wait list (Clark Smith) and about processing refunds.

It started with Clark Smith who promised that if I 'paid' today (around July 10, 11) that I would be the first person on the wait list for the August class in Cincinnati, OH. I paid and never heard another word from Clark about the August class in Cincinnati again.

I was supposed to have a 'trusted advisor' assist me with the application process. My trusted advisor NEVER returned my calls or emails. I find out later that person quit and Clark was supposed to let me know who the new advisor was.  (He dropped the ball - his words.)

I was registered for the September class, but had to move to the October class due to schedule conflicts (mine). 2 business days before the October class was to be held, I got a call from Clark with a line of crap about lthe bad economy and low enrollment.  He said I could FLY to New Jersey and take the class there if I needed it that badly in October.

I decided to request a refund because I no longer needed the class. I was in touch with Ana Andreadis who was supposed to be the Director of Client Relations - or whatever bullcrap title she has. Our first interaction was okay. She confirmed that I was due a refund and it all went downhill from there. Lots of unreturned calls and false promises. It was not until I filed a dispute with my credit card company did I get my refund. And, that was because I had all the emails and documentation from Ana and Christina promising me a refund.

I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau and with the Maryland Attorney General.

I am surprised this company is still in business. The employees LIE, lack integrity (becasue they lie) and have no respect for others.

In my original review, I should not have stated that "employees are coarched to LIE, lack inegrity (becacsue they lie), and have no respect for othes."  That was clearly my opinion. I had a terrible experience with this company because  my phone calls went unreturned and I felt like I was fighting to get what was due to me.  In the end, things were made right by refunding my money.
