Diana Robertson called our company on 4/30 requesting to speak to someone who has never even worked here. She was informed that she must have dialed the wrong number and our receptionist hung up the phone. She then called back 2 seconds later to tell our receptionist "I wasn't done talking." and then asked to speak to a different person who has never worked here. Again, she was told that she must have dialed the wrong #. She became very nasty and rude and told the receptionist that she did NOT have the wrong number and then hung up on the receptionist. What a hateful b**ch. Avoid at all costs. If that's the way this company operates, I'm not surprised that there are such numerous negative reports about them all over the internet. What an awful, awful representative for a company.

I worked for them for 4 1/2 days. NO TRAINING AT ALL!! threw me on the phones after 1 day of watching a tutortial of thier program. The 2nd morning I sat at my desk listening to these people. Every one of them are the RUDEST, CRUDEST, UNPROFESSIONAL, MEAN, HATEFUL, SUMBAGS! They expected me to drill these poor people to pay thousands of dollars for a timeshare they cant use! They tack on 40% charge for thierselves plus and additonal 33% and 1.4% plus late fees, etc.
They hang up on people, talk down to them, alll the time they have all of thier personal info to wave in thier face. They call your neighbors, employers, relatives, etc. They will do everything they can to hunt you down. Even if youre dead, they need a copy of the death cert. I have never in my life encountered such a*sholes!!!!! so the 4 1/2 day they fired me. Their excuse was I am too nice. They said its not about customer service, its about collecting the money. They dont care about anyones situation!! DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME!!!!! YOU ARE BETTER OFF JUST PAYING FOR THE TIMESHARE ON TIME!!! DONT PAY PINNACLE A DIME! THEY MAKE 75% PROFIT ON YOU!!! RIPOFF SCUMBAGS!!! ALL OF THEM!!!!! THEY CANT HURT YOU
