Mr., Sanchez advertised that his company was professional, had over 20yrs experience and was licensed and insured. I contracted them to provide a surveillance security system for my new home. We agreed on the price of $995 for 8 cameras and he would strategically design the location to cover the entire premises. The cameras would have all of the functionality as advertised in the ad and on his website, additionally the cameras would come with a 3 year replacement warranty.

On November 04th a couple of guys arrived to install the cameras. I was told it would take about 4 hours, however took over 8 hours. Due to their inexperience there was a lot of unnecessary holes drilled trying to find the right location for the cameras on the inside and outside of the house leaving huge holes which were only filled with caulking instead of being repaired and are very noticeable. Mr. Sanchez arrived during the time that the workmen were wrapping up and gave me a quick tutorial of the system. During that time there were problems with connectivity to the server and the cameras were not clear. He made some adjustments and sold me an additional adaptor to correct the issue and advised that it would take some time to get them just right.  I called him that night to advise that I could not see very much through the cameras and 1 of the cameras had even gone out. He promised to come by the next day and never showed up. I called him several other times and he made additional promises to come by but never showed up and from then on he refused to answer or return any of my calls.

I have written him demanding that he either honor the warranty on the product or remove and leave the house in the order it was found, he still did not respond.

Ive now discovered through some research that his main business is construction/roofing and the experience, licenses and insurance he advertised is from that business. He is not an experience surveillance security company as advertised. I spoke with the Dept of Public safety where such companies would be register and he was not found.

I am requesting monies from him personally or the business pinnacle surveillance /construction to remove this system and replace with a functional system and to repair holes drilled while trying to find the right location.
