Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

After many year I decided to cancel service. Called and got confirmation and shipped meter back to them. Now they have turned account over to a collection agency claiming I owed them $28 and that I did not send back meter. Have proof that I did pay them all that was owed and did send meter back. When I contacted customer service they were very rude and told me to deal with collection agency. Would never do business again with a company that has such low business ethics.

How do they know your sent it back. Do you have proof? Did you send it with a delivery confirmation? The burden of proof is on you.
