Leonard Rosen and Pitbull Mortgage School or Pitbull Seminars or Pitbull Mortgage is a rip-off! I attended his pathetic mortgage school and did not learn anything! I then hired him to optimize my website for $25,000 and he ripped me off! He never did anything for my website!
I called Leonard Rosen mutiple times and he would ignore my phone calls. He was always the first though to promote Pitbull Semiars and Pitbull Mortgage School!
BUYER BEWARE! DON'T ATTEND HIS MORTGAGE SCHOOL! DON'T PAY HIM A DIME!

I am, frankly, astounded that someone who was intelligent to have the kind of money to invest, that you do, would be foolish enough to believe that it take anywhere near that kind of money optimize a website. And, if you attended his school, and learned nothing, why would you hand him tens of thousands of dollars more money. Just how gullible are you?
