Pizza World Randy Blanchette Decietful, Conniving, Disrespectful Londonderry, New Hampshire

Pizza World of Londonderry New Hampshire may seem like a lovely quaint pizza shop from infront of the counter but behind it there is a totally different story. The owner of the shop is a canniving little man who obviously gets his kicks off of ruining his employee's existance. My personal experiences come from behind the counter because I worked in this "fine establishment" for a little longer than a year and "volentairly quit" due to the fact that I left when my shift was over to attend a FINANTIAL AID night at the college I will be attending in the fall semester.

First lets talk about their specials. Mon and Tues 4.99 pizza special. The manager firstly prides himself on making those pizzas like crap because the people are only paying five dollars for them. He rips off cheese portions and won't put full effort and love into something "He wants to do for quite some time." How about the Wed and Thurs specials you ask? Oh thats right, you wouldn't ask because Randy WON'T advertise this special and will only give it to you if you ask for it. Which requires few cancellings in the register and a lot of rip offs. He literally laughs at the sucker that pays 10.89 for a large cheese on Wed and Thurs because they could have paid 7.99 for a one topping pizza instead. Which reguarlly costs 13.06.

Seccondly my personal experieces with "co-workers." Lets say Josh Crosby (the manager) is a.....well, he's dislexic which means he isn't allowed to answer the phone on orders because his hand writing is litterally illegible. Besides this, he is an ABSOLOUTE pompous seeming know it all. This "man" has said things to me that I have never heard before. When he first started, which was after myself by the by, he told me that he was going to get all the girls working there fired because women working there was useless. He's told me to go kill myself, and also threatened a 16yr old co-worker to slit his throat and beat him to a pulp. He also refuses to do his own job, which I find hillarious. Also, while working there, they decided to attack my psyche and MAKE a calander of when my "baby" is due because I'm "fat enough to be pregnant" and place 5 dollar bets on my due date. ALL of this the owner allowed. FYI, I wear a size 6 pants, so I'm DEFFINATLY fat.

Now lets talk about Randy. He accused me of stealing from his business with ABSOLOUTLY no evidence to support his accusations in front of other co-workers and customers alike. He thus threatened to black mail another employee if he updated me on the status of my "theiving." He docks pay to his empolyees, personally I have roughly $100 unaccounted for on my pay stubs. He ripped of one driver by paying him 4.50 an hour. that is three dollars below minimum wage and thought he would get away with it because the driver is 16 and paid under the table. Oh not to mention he has over HALF of his employees paid under the table to aviod them on his taxes. He also mentally degrades his employees, by telling them "how it is" about their lives. The day I "volentairly quit" is a prime example. He told me that he didn't care about the rest of my life or weather I get into college or not because I left when my shift ended and didn't care about his "day off" that he comes in on every week regardless. He also ensured me that I am a horrible person and don't belong there.

Also, this lovely thing I like to call fighting infront of customers and their CHILDREN. People in the kitchen swear and fight like they are sailors infront of children and parents alike expecting respect from the outside world.

And the personal hygene, HA. Employees don't wash their hands unless a customer is around to see them, and will let rotten food sit in the fridges untill "someone else" takes care of it. Lovely.

Many a night did I go home from work crying because of the emotional distress caused to me while working there. I'm tired of it and all the lies coming from Pizza World and I hope other people see the disgrace they are doing to the community of Londonderry. Working there was absoloutly the most MISERABLE year of my life and I only hope that they are uncovered for what they really are.
