I'm sorry to hear of yet another victim of PJP Health Agency. Before giving these thieves your checking account number, you should have checked them out on the internet. Had you done so. you probably would have avoided getting ripped off.

The first thing you should do is go to your bank and change your checking account number. If you fail to do so, chances are that PJP Health Agency will debit your account once again next month. You should also file a fraud report with your bank. This way, there is a possiblity that they will try to recover the funds fraudulently debited from your account.
