An African lady came up to me when I was leaving the hair salon and told me I should shop at PKHAIRS online. That was how I found out about it. So I have worn virgin hair extensions for several years, and ya i know what is real and what is fake. When I FINALLY got the hair, it what is complete s**t. I should have known because I knew something was strange about this company. I just foolishly realized it when it was too late. That company STEALS other hair companies pictures and they put it on their cheap a*s website made by WIX or whatever it is. They also STEAL successful hair companies style of webpage writing. For instance, the about me and FAQ page was completely copied and pasted. There was only one paragraph that was paraphrased, which is also a sign of plagarism. By the way they claim the hair will be delivered in 3 to 5 days in america but why did it take 9 days? I emailed the company twice and the first time I didnt get a response and the second time the person said I should check my mail again. Not even apologizing. So crazy! I did check my mail alot of times until the 9th day came and it was delivered. Terrible customer service and they are very rude. Aside from the fraudulent s**t on their website, they are scamming innocent people by selling the lowest grade virgin hair with synthetic blends and lying to the customers saying its a high grade virgin hair. These people don't care about the customer and how well she wants to look. They only want the money and they dont care if you look like a broke hoodrat from the bronx. The companies says they are all about FLIP TUMBLE BOUNCE but the hair they delivered to me DOESNT DO ANY OF THAT!! I am so upset that I wasted my money on this joke of a hair company. Scamming con artists. They literally STEAL pictures of people who have beautiful grade A hair and put it on their stupid website. I am related to msroshposh and they put her picture on their website. For confirmation I asked her if she even wears PKHAIRS and she said what company is that? SHE DIDNT EVEN KNOW THAT BROKE A*S COMPANY AND THEY HAVE HER FACE ON IT! I cannot believe i wasted my money. If you are someone looking up reviews on this company, I hope my review helped you stay away from that company. Do not give them a penny. They are not worth you hard earned money.
