Company has executed many deals with customers all over US in past several years with no complaint!!

This customer signed a definitive contract few weeks back with the company for online services after a streak of demands. The standard product with all published features and setup based on information provided till that moment was delivered on time and fully working as we do with all customers. Company engineers  worked very hard in delivering the contract round the clock. All of this exists in email trails.

After 4 weeks, one fine day, he wakes up, changes his mind arbitarily saying he is not satisfied for no valid reason. He wants all his money back saying nothing is working which is NOT TRUE.  Apparently he has a habit of doing this with other vendors; meaning signing up and canceling. He had send us copy of the contract with his previous vendor  to get a better deal with us. So this is a pattern.  

Company has in good faith, gone and released him from the remaining payments on the contract even though it is a non cancelable contract. The situation has been handled in the utmost professional manner and there are mail trails and written contract signed records.
