I had responded to an ad from Platinum express / Continental Advantage, promising me a mastercard/visa which I had "agreed" to a few months ago. Last month, Platinum express deducted 200.00 from my savings account, and within a few days received a package from them regarding a catalog
The catalog is from Their company, which the cost is exorbitant in prices...also listed there is payment schedule, which states that I would have to pay 50% of my order before it could be mailed....now some of the items range in price of 30.00 to 1,000 of dollars
I have not heard from them regarding a mastercard or visa
I had spoke with them regarding this and was told it would be mailed to me. That was a month ago
They debited $200.00, and I have nothing to show for it. Is there anyway I can get my money back? I am on Social Security, and have no money to live on.
After this was done, I cancelled my account and reopened an new one so they could not attempt to get more money from me.
