Platinum Financial Solutions ripoff, breach of contract never came through with promised services, never returned calls faxes after 04 Nov 04 never returned my money Las Vegas Nevada

I authorized someone by the name of Lashawnda to debit my checking account totalling the amount of $999.00 and they never fixed my credit rating as PROMISED or my money back. They also never filed any complaints to the credit bureau as they said they would on my behalf. They repeatedly put me off and dodged all of my questions on their progress with "my file" until they no longer even answered their phones. I consulted the Department of Financial Institutions (in my state) and they told me to get the name of the bank that Platinum Financial used to debit my account. Platinum Financial USED THE BANK OF AMERICA for their transactions and this is critical info in tracking down Platinum Financial Solutions to get your money back.
