PlatinumTel A Rip-Off Company-Not Worthy of Consideration Internet, Illinois

The company has a business model that is based on vending purchaser a defective phone and refuses to replace or refund after 30-days.  The company offers a free phone if you purchase a one year prepaid subscription... $100.  Their phones vended under this offer are "refurbished" which in my case meant they will only last 30 days.  After that period is up, Platinum Tel refsues to replace.. knowing that there is 11 months of unused air time that cannot be used. 

they will not refund any part of that, instead provide a lsit of purchase options for new phone so one can use the already paid for unused cell air minutes. I declined as why trust them.. and they must know they are doing that to get $100 subscriptions that can never be used without throwing more money their way.  I refused.

Platinum Tel is a shady company with unscrupulous business practices, operating with impunity... laughing at unsuspecting customers. They should be put out of business, or pay heavily for their deliberate "fleecing" of customers.
