Playmaker Apparel Inc. Ordered & paid for 40 practice jerseys with sponsor name and numbers on them. Total of $726.00 paid in Jan 17/12 and never received them. Cary, North Carolina

Our local recreation centre ordered 40 practice jerseys with numbers and sponsor on them in December. payment was deposited to them by money order on Jan. 17,2012 for amount of $665.00 plus $61.00 for total of $726.00. On March 8th, 2012 I received an email from Chris Street telling me that there was a problem with printers and they now had a new one and what would we like to do. I told him to go ahead an complete Jersey order. was promised them in two weeks. we waited and waited. Our son who had placed the order with them had many calls telling him they were in the mail, in the mail. we never ever received them. then we were supposed to receive a complete refund. in the mail, in the mail. never received. during this whole time I left countless phone messages for them to call back and also e-mails. I never once received a phone call and only the one e-mail ever on March 8th. This is really upsetting as I took it upon myself to get these jerseys and now it looks like I have to come up with money i don't have to repay the sponsor. I just tried to send an e-mail to David Levison with the address he had shown and it came back. Don't know what to do next but we really need that money back. it is the kids who are hurting.
