August 2019 I sent POF an email to cancel service. Also called. November 2019 noticed the monthly charge of $38.70. Immediately emailed and called again. No refund but they promised to cancel. July 17, 2020 noticed POF STILL charging my bank account.

Called, they once again agreed to cancel but still no refund, despite the fact I have an email chain addressing this issue. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Thanks Dorianna. I am working that angle as well. Sent POF a demand letter as well. Reported to FTC also. Like a dog with a bone...not letting this go. PRINCIPLE!

The company POF is not really resolving this. You should contact your bank and dispute the charges then put a stop payment on POF to your bank account. That way they cannot continue to charge you while you have your bank resolve your bogus charges that can be refunded.
