I signed up for a 2 month plan, got a notice on 5/4 that my account was going to expire, and I was cool with that. Then 5/6 comes around and I get a notification from paypal that 38.70 has been deducted from my account. I investigate and it is POF, and when I contact them they are not helpful at all, send me automated or pre-scripted messages, and totally don't care about or acknowledge my situation. Beware this company. They don't care about you at all.
