pnc mort. email message

i paid up to date our mortgage dec. 2010, but the loan
activity shows next payment due 2/1/11.
i paid feb. 2011 payment jan., 2010.
please correct this inaccuracy.

also, every time i try to call the bankruptcy dept. to pay over phone past 2 days, i am on hold for eternity, then the phone shuts off and w/i call back the phone rings and the phone imm. goes dead again over and over. i am mailing the march, 2011 payment in tomorrow since i can't get thru over phone. please have someone in b.r. dept. call me
& explain to me why the payment info. is wrong. thank you.
