Not only did PNC buy out National City Bank, but now they decided to discontinue their Card Services online access. They did not combine information, making you have to sign-up online again. I have spent over 2 hours trying online, as well as on hold for over 15 minutes as a time, multiple times calling back. Speaking and being transferred to 6 different people. I still have not been able to pay my bill. I'm trying to give them money and they won't let me. Their name, PNC Online Banking is a contradiction in terms, not user friendly.
