They start by finding one of your poems and praising it to the heavens and telling you they are adding it a book they are publishing and it is destined to be one of the most sought after books of the era.

They then offer to set you aside a beautiful copy of the book if you send them a check for 49.95 in advance. You are then left waiting for eons for something you never get.

When you try to contact them they do not respond to e-mails and do not have a telephone No. you can contact them at.

They continually mail you with offerings to attend the big conventions at places like Disney Land in Orlando and other places like Las Vegas if you will send them the huge registration fee, and they are going to present you with a lot of awards but you have to pay a small fee for these awards.

Do not even try to turn them in to the BBB in Baltimore they will tell you they are not doing anything illegal.
I have even tried mailing them back their invitations asking them where my book is and when I will get it and they do not even respond to these mailings.
They are just legalized rip off artists.

I got my book too

AUTHOR: Nyonna - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 11, 2007

Actually I purchased two of their poetry books. It did take approximately 2 mos. to receive each of them, but, I did pre-pay. And while some of the poems seemed sub-par, IMHO, many were actually good. I DO believe that they do SOME kind of screening process with the poems, because the books aren't huge tomes by any means. And I know for a fact that my poetry is good enough to make the cut,so to speak. I had two poems previously published in the poetry journals of two seperate universities. And their booklets were even smaller.

As for the $49.95 price per book, it IS outrageous. And I believe it IS wrong to charge that EVERY time a new book comes out. If they want to charge a membership fee, annually, that would be more acceptable. After purchasing the second book, I actually sent them an e-mail asking why they didn't pay their submitting poets, instead of the other way around. Obviously, they never responded.

I received my book

AUTHOR: Jaime - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, March 03, 2007

I too, sent the cash and waited what seemed like forever for my book. When I thought it wasn't going to, 2 years later, I got it. Despite my dissatisfaction with the item itself, I received it none the less.

However, given the works included, I realized anyone who paid the money got their poem in it. regardless of talents or anything else.
This led me to research. Having family in the printing/publishing business I came to realize that anyone can roll out numerous copies of a book at the right price. 50 copies of a 75 page book can be as little as $200. Considering the time frame it took for my copy to arrive I came to the conclusion they just needed to receive more money to pay for the print.

It is a deception that preys on innocent unsuspecting people. It isn't precisely illegal, they have definitely chased all the loop holes. But, with enough people standing up & making their experiences known, they can be brought into a new light & possibly no one will submit their poems there anymore. The best thing to do is spread the word.

BTW: I ordered 2 copies & it's been 6 years, I still only got the one.
