Poker.com Scammed more than once!!! Internet

To start off I used to love playing internet poker. My experiences were great but as I played more I started to see some interesting things. Many times when I was winning either backgammon or hold'em where it is heads up. I noticed that the same names were always in the same rooms. Not that bad as you would think, but it came across kind of weird when I would constantly be winning when all of a sudden the game would freeze and they would keep my money!!!! It was all to obvious because 90% of the time I played I was playing against my own brother 1 on 1 for our little sibling rivalry. The only time it would freeze was when I was playing one of their GAME HOSTS. I mean $350 is not that much but to a college kid like myself thats a lot when it comes to school, work, and college sports on my plate. I contacted them numerous times about the situation and they basically shrugged me off using the famous Brian MacNamee words "It Is What It Is"!!!!!! I may not know much, but I do notice when someone is ROBBING me. They are a shifty shadey company and deserve everything they get if they ever are caught!!!
