I played poker on pokerstars.com using my neighbors computer as mine was down. Now mind you he is my neighbor and not a relative or even a good friend. I introduced him to the site and he ser up his own account and started playing. Then somehow he found he was in dept with them and they froze his account til the matter was settled. They also froze my account until his matter was settled just because I played from his computer,(on my own account). I have went round a round with support and security about this. They won't give me any reasons or details, they just tell me that until my neighbor settles his matters I can't play. I have made deposits with my own money and they refuse to let me have it. Right now I have funds in my pokerstars account and can't get to it or play on it. This has been about six months now,and i just reinquired today about it and they sent me a nasty e-mail saying they wont discuss this with me. Which is this:

And I just want to let people know befor they put a bunch of money on there that they ripped me off and obviosly I'm not the only one.

I also have been revoked from playing  for no reason and they also have my money trapped in thare web site, its not much but its my money!I was about to deposit more  money, but first i  wanted to register for the hubble free roll and i got a messege that my playing privileges have been revoked.

I Think thare are more people out thare and we need to get the word out so people can come out and join us.I would like to slap pokerstars.com with a class action law suite. This is not fair and unjust.I will contact the media and do all i can to  let people now that pokerstars.com is scaming people out of thare money.

I dont know why they revoked me from playing, i have sent many, many e mails to support@pokerstars.com and i have not had any response what so ever!!   iam Ms.R    leave me   freindly  rebuttal  or contact the editor of ripoffreport.com  to contact me , i give permission to contact me,lets work together and take down this gaint pokersite that is taking advatage of people.

well first off, let me say this is the first legitimate complaint Ive read on here.  The others are just "I always get sucked out on, its rigged"  blah blah blah.

I would keep trying to emailing them and explain the situation.  This actually happened to a friend of mine and after he mailed them a copy of his ID and proved he didnt live there they unfroze his account.  That sucks though, good luck.
