received the tent and it is not as described in their page Polaris Store Online, also I ordered and paid for a 4 person tent and received a 2 person one with a very poor quality material . I am very dissapointed. The product they sent me is completely different from the one you promised in their page. You can check the fraudulent offer Polaris is making on their page on: https://polaristore.net/ Also, they don't provide any phone number to contact them, only an email address for returns: helpandserving@gmail.com , no need to say they have not answered any of my emails.

Polaris Hydraulic Tent Scam

I too have been victimized by this company also doing business as ilovecamping.us. PayPal and Facebook have not helped at all. It is a classic bait and switch with no way to get a refund. I have reported it to both PayPal and Facebook and still PayPal is still allowing the company to accept PayPal payments and Facebook is still allowing them to advertise their bogus products on the website. I’m out $49.99 and have a $5 piece of crap that isn’t fit for my cat! Surely someone can do something. I have read over 25 complaints in the last few days and estimate that the business has scammed people for thousands of dollars in just a few weeks. I will never use PayPal again as they are only promoting this criminal enterprise. I also have photos that I tried to show PayPal but they will not allow you to even enter them in the dispute.
