Mr Kumau,

I just got a notice that you have changed Wednesdays call to Friday? I think? It didn't say that but it implied that. May I ask why you want to wait until Friday? When they don't respond then I have to wait until next week before anything else can take place. Or is there anything else?

Mr Kumau are you not wanting to help me? I certainly haven't seen any zeal over this case.

Dear Ms. H: I have several other clients many of them with serious cases. I find your complaint that I am not showing enough Zeal preposterous given the number of times I\'ve spoken with you and reviewed your file. A call was placed to the police in just a few days after your payment. The reason I suggested meeting on Friday is because I overlooked our previous appointment on the calendar. But I\'m glad I made the mistake because it shows a pattern that I do not want to deal with. You have only paid $100 and not even paid in full and you already getting a bit out of control with complaints and demands. I charge 450.00 an hour and you have to paid 10% on a major investigation that you are receiving at a pro bono rate. Enough is enough. If you are not satisfied we will cancel your case in the morning and refund your money. You have been a client for less than a month. Many of our clients have waited years for their cases to be resolved. I do not believe we can assist you any further

You do what you feel is JUST but base it on facts, not on rash invalid excuses. I can send you copies of every email I sent and got from Police Abuse. I can’t send copies of the phone contact through the office though. I am going to address the unfair accusation you just made. …….I have complained and what not?

I apologize if that is how you seen it. Let’s trade shoes for just a minute. I have sent requests for further information prior to membership. Yes. I wanted details, anyone would. I waited patiently for responses, none came. I sent for details on the costs a second time. I got a response. I joined membership promptly. Then you sent an email after that saying I needed to join a membership which I had already done days before. Then you sent a brisk email stating I was not to be sending any investigative documents since I wasn’t a member, which I was, or was informed I was by website. I would not send documents against clearly stated policy on the web pages. I said that. I am able to follow instructions. Then you called me March 28 and didn’t even know who I was because the wrong file was out, I think you said. You did call Wy Police that day and instructed me to call you back in 5 days, which later was changed by your office. That day I sent you an email stating the PD would not call back, and asked questions about what to expect, at which time you told me not to be sending emails any longer. I stopped and apologized to you. I didn’t know it was against policy. Your office by phone told me to call you early this week, to begin the investigation stage at which time you would explain everything to me. Then that got changed to a different day prior. That scheduled call on Wednesday there was another mishap, and you didn’t seem to have enough time to tell me what you wanted. I hardly got to say anything myself. The call ended. I followed your instructions about the malfunctioning of the web page and sent an email of those findings. I was to wait to follow back up with you through the office. Then your office called me and gave me different instructions concerning any appointments made with you needing to be set through them. Okay. I didn’t know that since I wasn‘t scheduling any appointments with anyone, but it was good to know anyway. Then I got an email from you telling me I was supposed to open an investigation case, which I did. I tried to explain to you that I had only been waiting until I heard back about the financial questions I had asked concerning payments by email.

During one of the times I spoke with persons in your office I was informed that when you get certain cases you invest a big part of yourself into it. Wonderful, except I wasn’t seeing this in my situation. So what did that mean? What would it mean to YOU if someone couldn’t keep your case straight? Accused you of not being a member? Accused you of wrongfully sending documents? Forgot to keep the Office scheduled appt. It could be saying several things.

A. You are very busy….given

B. Spanish Culture…..I would have to be utterly stupid to NOT know or see the

attitudes and hostility towards this particular culture.

C. I was seeing a difference in how things were being handled with me.

D. There were a lot of miscommunications and mis-posting of pertinent member status.

Here I am trying to understand rather Spanish is going to be an issue for you. Why communication was becoming a problem. Why questions were not welcomed.

The most recent email once again changed the times. So I felt I was entitled to ask you directly why the change and rather you honestly wanted to handle this case.

I got the answer but it was NOT honest. You can see it any way you want but what you said about me is NOT true!

I apologize for ever bothering you! I sure could have saved time had I just ask you outright how you felt about Spanish! I even sent photos of the problems involved with your website on my computer

This is just a fraction of what this man, Mr Kumau, and his lackeys did to me. Now they are trashing me and my credibility using my own evidence entrusted to him against me. Is it a coincidence that my case involved a crime of robbery and Wyoming Police aiding and abetting the criminals to escape justice, then Mr Kumau BOGUS promise to help me and did nothing instead! ?

Mr Kumau is a criminal and WORSE than the cops he claims to investigate. He is a bigot and a racist!
